THINK DIFFERENTLY. LIVE JOYFULLY.
Learning to Find Your Happy Moment

There are moments in life when everything around us says, “You have every reason not to be happy.”
The situation isn't what you hoped.
The answer hasn't come yet.
The relationship is complicated.
The dream is taking longer than expected.
And sometimes, if we're honest, we simply don't feel like smiling.
But what if happiness isn't always determined by what's happening around us?
What if some of our happiest moments begin with what's happening within us?
WHAT AM I THINKING?
Our thoughts matter.
They shape how we see ourselves, influence how we respond to challenges, and can either magnify our problems or remind us of God's promises.
In Acts 26:2, Paul declares:
“I think myself happy…”
That statement reminds me that while I may not always control my circumstances, I can become intentional about how I respond to them.
HAPPINESS DOESN'T MEAN LIFE IS PERFECT
Happiness isn't pretending everything is okay.
It doesn't mean ignoring disappointment, denying grief, or putting on a smile when you're hurting.
It means acknowledging what you're facing while still believing that God is present.
Sometimes my happy moment is a celebration.
Other times, it's much simpler:
A quiet morning.
A good conversation.
A laugh with family.
A moment of clarity.
A prayer that reminds me I'm not alone.
A Scripture that meets me right where I am.
Sometimes it's simply realizing:
“I'm going to be okay.”
That's a happy moment.
MY HAPPY MOMENT
I've learned to intentionally look for those moments—not because life doesn't have challenges, but because challenges don't get to have the final word.
My happy moment is rooted in perspective—a perspective anchored in Christ that allows me to remain steady through life's challenges.
So today, pause and ask yourself:
What is still good?
What can I be grateful for?
Where do I see God working?
What am I choosing to believe?
What is my happy moment today?
You may be surprised by what you discover.
THINK DIFFERENTLY. LIVE JOYFULLY.
This is the kind of conversation I want to have here—conversations about faith, mindset, purpose, growth, healing, leadership, relationships, rest, boundaries, and happiness.
Not the superficial kind of happiness, but the kind that grows when we learn who we are, whose we are, and how to walk through life with God at the center.
Because sometimes the shift we need doesn't begin with changing everything around us.
Sometimes it begins with changing the way we see it.
🌻 WHAT IS YOUR HAPPY MOMENT?
Pause. Reflect. Give God thanks. And allow yourself to smile.
Think differently. Live joyfully. Smile God's Way.
